Yesterday, Lishui City held a press conference for the “Fly to Lishui for a Romantic Rendezvous” 2025 National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival cultural tourism theme event. It was announced that, taking advantage of the first Mid-Autumn and National Day holiday period after the opening of Lishui Airport, the city will launch a series of cultural and tourism activities under three themes—“Gifts from the Sky, Competitions on the Ground, and Festivities Across the Region”—to provide visitors with an immersive, interactive, memorable, and tangible cultural tourism experience.

The “Gifts from the Sky” segment offers "five free benefits" for passengers arriving by flight. During the National Day holiday, visitors can present their boarding passes to enjoy a cup of coffee at designated cafes such as Yufei Cafe and Qingtian Coffee Window in Qingtian County, taste red wine at Rosalura Winery, receive a complimentary Jinyun Baked Cake at the Jinyun Xiandu Scenic Area, and enjoy a bottle of Yunhe Snow Pear drink at the Yunhe Highway Exit Tourist Information Center. Additionally, they can pick up a bottle of “Lishui Mountain Spring” water at designated areas including Lishui Airport and participate in free karaoke sessions at Nanming Lake and the West Square of the Grand Theater in the urban area. Over 20,000 parking spaces in the city will also be offered free of charge to visitors.

In terms of tourism benefits, Lishui has introduced bundled products such as “flight + hotel” and “flight + homestay” packages. For example, Wanxiang No. 2 Hotel offers a 100-yuan accommodation voucher and complimentary tickets to the “Primate Planet” Theme Park for passengers with boarding passes. The Fliggy platform has also launched a dedicated “National Day in Lishui” page featuring multiple discounts and promotional activities.

Furthermore, during the National Day holiday, Lishui will introduce the “Lishui 520” self-driving route. Centered around the theme of “A Road Trip Love Epic”, this route connects the city’s most picturesque landscapes and cultural villages, inviting visitors to experience the romance of “driving through a painting and immersing in the scenery”.

The “Ground Game On” segment features a variety of exciting events. During the holiday, Lishui will host the “Zhejiang Basketball Association (ZBA)” home games, “Qingtian Basketball Association (QBA)” township league matches, Longquan’s “Jiangzhe Summit Challenge” Off-Road Carnival, Songyang’s Pastural Secret Multiple Challenges, and Qingyuan’s national powerboard and cycling competitions. Jingning and Suichuan counties will also offer fun activities such as the “Black Myth: Wukong” adventure challenge, “Gold Rush Competition”, and “Eggy Party” games.

The “Festivities Across the Region” segment brings together over 100 cultural and tourism activities across all nine counties (cities, districts). Events such as the “Chinese Paladins: 20th Anniversary Celebration” in Jinyun Xiandu, the “Song Dynasty Reverie: An Immersive Journey” at Liandu’s Tongji Weir, and the “Song Dynasty Parade” in Longquan’s historic West Street will transport visitors back in time. Traditional activities like Songyang’s Moon Worship, Liandu’s Moon Offering, Jingning’s She Ethnic Folk Performances, Jinyun’s Wu Opera, and Yunhe’s Terraced Field Harvest Celebration showcase local cultural characteristics. Modern yet culturally infused events such as Qingtian’s Night Tour of Taihe Lake, Longquan’s Taoxichuan Lifestyle Festival, Songyang’s Ancient Village Concert, Yunhe’s “The Adventures of Pinocchio” performance, and Suichang’s “"Wangchuan: Ballad of Genesis"” experience blend tradition with contemporary trends.

Additionally, each county (city, district) offers unique cultural tourism experiences. Liandu District has introduced three City walk routes and a Song Dynasty-themed park, Longquan City provides intangible cultural heritage experiences like “Clay Play and Sword Making”, Qingtian County offers accommodation vouchers and romantic bus tours, Yunhe County presents terraced field technology shows and fireworks markets, Songyang County organizes moonlit folk tours and ancient village concerts, and Jingning County delivers an immersive “Three Princesses of She Ethnic” experience. These initiatives ensure that “each county has its own feature, with excitement every day”.
