National List of “One Station, One Member, One Window” Model Publicity Cases Announced: Two Forestry Stations from Lishui City Selected
Date:2025-08-25 Source:Lishui Daily

Yesterday, reporters learned from the Municipal Forestry Bureau that the National Forestry and Grassland Administration Forestry Work Station Management General Station and the National Forestry and Grassland Administration Publicity Center jointly released the 2024 list of model publicity cases for “One Station, One Member, One Window”. Three units from our province were included in the list, with Liandu District Fengyuan Forestry Work Center Station from our city selected as “Hometown Forestry Station”, and Suichang County Wangcunkou Forestry Work Center Station selected as “Considerate Service Window”.

The “One Station, One Member, One Window” publicity campaign is an important initiative launched by the National Forestry and Grassland Administration to promote the development of forestry and grassland causes and strengthen the development of grassroots forestry stations and ecological ranger teams. The campaign aims to showcase the critical role of township forestry stations, rural ecological rangers, and public service windows in ecological civilization construction by publicizing and recognizing exemplary cases, thereby further solidifying the grassroots foundation for high-quality development in forestry and grassland causes.

Fengyuan Forestry Work Center Station, located in Fengyuan Township, Liandu District, oversees a forest area of 231,700 mu, with a forest coverage rate as high as 87.85%. It is the township with the highest elevation and forest coverage rate in Liandu District. In recent years, the station has strictly managed forest resources, acting as a “guardian” of forest ecological security. It has achieved zero major forest-related cases for five consecutive years, zero major forest fire incidents for three consecutive years, and a continuous “dual decline” in pine wilt disease outbreaks for three years. The station has also strengthened the management of natural protected areas, striving to be a “defender” of biodiversity. Additionally, it has optimized the forestry industrial structure, focusing on developing three major industries: bamboo and wood products, underforest economy, and forest wellness, while promoting forest ecotourism as a “facilitator” of ecological value transformation.

Wangcunkou Forestry Work Center Station is located in the southwestern part of Suichang County, overseeing a total forest area of 415,000 mu with a forest coverage rate of 91.06%. It serves as a resource repository for Suichang’s ecological forestry development. In recent years, the station has implemented multiple measures to fully practice the concept that “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”. By establishing daily inspection and management grids, improving forest fire prevention mechanisms, and carrying out targeted forest pest control, it has strengthened ecological protection and safeguarded the foundation of “lucid waters and lush mountains”. Through actively organizing voluntary tree planting, implementing degraded forest land restoration, and carrying out land greening and beautification projects, it has promoted greening and quality enhancement, enriching the ecological development landscape. By deepening forest tenure reforms, promoting distinctive underforest economy models, and expanding “ecology+” forest tourism and wellness initiatives, it has driven ecological transformation and activated the benefits of “invaluable assets”.
