Currently, the park has formed a complete agricultural industry chain based on Yunhe snow pear, integrating production, processing, and marketing, with an annual output value of 300 million yuan. It has created over 1,000 new jobs and benefited more than 2,000 pear farmers. In 2023, the park received a total of 1 million tourists, with tourism revenue exceeding 200 million yuan.

In recent years, Lishui City has focused on the aggregation of elements, integration of technology, industry convergence, cultivation of entities, and employment income growth. It has accelerated the construction of provincial-level modern agricultural parks, continuously enhancing the capabilities of agricultural industry platforms and promoting the transformation and upgrading of quality agriculture across the city. To date, the city has established seven provincial-level modern agricultural parks, with six parks in the process of being created as provincial-level modern agricultural parks.
